CHEF PATRON
Angelo Zantedeschi was born in Negrar, in 1975.
He graduated at the Hotel Management School Luigi Carnacina, in Bardolino, Verona. He attended at the Cˆ Foscari of Venice the Degree Course in Economics and Management of Tourist Services.
In 2001 he arrives in the prestigious hotel chain Four Seasons Hotel & Resort, in Milan, and here he works with Sergio Mei.
Soon after, he decides to enrich his professional baggage with an experience abroad, becoming Chef at the restaurant "Frantoio" in Sharm el Sheikh, Sinai Peninsula, at the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort, with Kenji Salz, an experience that earned him considerable recognition by the &Magazine.
Later, in 2004, he arrives in Cairo for the opening of the Italian Restaurant & Resorts Cairo Nile Plaza.
Immediately after, another award arrives from Rome, with his participation at the First International Conference of Italian Restaurants in the World, under the patronage of the Hon. Minister Mirko Tremaglia.
During its management of the restaurant, the real turning point in his career is reached in 2007, when he is declared Executive Sous Chef of the Hotel Four Seasons Nile Plaza.
He returns to Italy in 2009 and with his family realizes his dream creating the Ristorante Casale Spighetta, opened and inaugurated on 21 March 2010.
